This activity will involve planning, implementing recording and reporting an activity undertaken with a group of clients or client in the care setting.

• Or the activity can also be a social activity i.e. outing to the shops, garden centre, to a social function, to the zoo etc.

Your assignment will be assessed on the following:

3. Effective communication throughout the task
4. Effective use of relevant safety and health practices
5. A comprehensive record of the task

Construct your report under the following headings:

1. Introduce the client you are going to be working with providing relevant background information.
