MyLegacy should be advertised primarily through Google search ads and banner ads. This is a cost-effective way of reaching a mass audience, and primary advertising efforts through this campaign have already resulted in a reach of ###, engaging % of those reached. (Those numbers were used to extrapolate market size and expected revenue.) Promotion also concerns other ways consumers will interact with the product and brand. The second part of recommendation #1 is for Family Care Path, on behalf of MyLegacy, to either align with a marketing firm or build an internal marketing team to create compelling product messaging and manage the marketing campaigns that will launch and maintain MyLegacy in the B2C market.
In marketing, there are three key roles to focus on:
Acquisition – The person in this role is responsible for initial acquisition of customers and should be skilled in lead generation strategy, monitoring analytics, and tracking KPI’s.
Monetization – The person in this role focuses on generating money and maximizing revenue generated. A key performance indicator here is improving email marketing strategies for better open click through rates. (conversion optimization through split testing)
