3. Identify strategic groups within the global ethical pharmaceutical industry. Describe the strategic choice made by a least one of these   groups and comment on what  might have been  the drivers behind  these  choices and how successful they were
4. How has the “strategic customer” evolved over time for global pharmaceutical companies? What is the impact on the industry’s critical success factors?
