Regardless of the organization’s readiness, projects face challenges, and barriers during implementation (Bhullar, 2018). The project is likely to face barriers associated with incapability to implement evidence-based interventions due to limited attention accorded to the interventions and the potentials they hold. Despite the underlying barriers, clinical inquiry integration as an evidence-based practice starts with a proper assessment of the patients to correctly establish the clinical issue to be addressed. Using focused clinical questions, the evidence is acquired on the issue, forming the basis for appraising the quality of evidence gathered. Upon certifying the situations, appropriate actions are undertaken, followed by an evaluation to establish the practice’s effectiveness.
