Along with new possibilities also came challenges as professionals are engaging in real-time conversations with their audiences on Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Forum Boards and Instagram”. Discuss this statement, looking at Social Media as an advancement in workplace communications and the challenges (disadvantages) of using social media as a communications tool in the workplace.
