opposition to registration of the Stone Binge mark. As explained in the opposition, Cthulhu markets its
own stout beer under the name “ROCK BINGE.” The Rock Binge label displays an etching of the Neolithic
dolmen stone structure known as Spinster’s Rock, which is found in Devonshire, England. “Rock Binge”
has been brewed and manufactured since 1988. It is popular in Devonshire and Cornwall in the southwest.
