1. Design and describe a mindfulness activity appropriate for use in a personal or work-related context. This is a proposed activity and you do not carry it out in real life.
2. Draw on the material studied over the module to create a bespoke mindfulness activity and write it up as a report. There is no limit on the word count. Include a Bibliography.
3. Describe the activity clearly, so that the reader could replicate it if they wished. Explain the rationale for your idea i.e. the personal or professional context and relevance. You will have time during one of your workshops to develop your ideas and get feedback. There will also be an opportunity to share your finished idea to the group during the last workshop.
If it is helpful you may use subheadings e.g. Background, Rationale, Theory, Setting or context, Plan, Purpose, Source material, and so on. You can also include images if you wish.
