To estimate the degree of burnout in the veterinary industry hence understand the magnitude of the issue.
To determine some of the impacts of mergers and acquisitions on the degree of burnout of staff at vet clinics and hospitals.
To establish how lean thinking methodologies can be applied to veterinary hospitals to improve staff experiences.
To evaluate whether lean methodologies could reduce burnout among staff working in vet clinics and hospitals.
To formulate strategies to guide the implementation of lean methodologies to improve staff experience post-acquisition hence helping create value for the larger consolidator.
