Some of the techniques used to improve employees’ soft skills are by encouraging self-reflection, allowing employees to practice the skills, expanding knowledge, and understanding the employees (Suzuno, 2019) and providing the staff feedback regularly on time in case of any complain or query.
Collection of operational Insight. For a company to improve customer service, there is a need to collect insights from customers and employees (Gaurav Sharma, 2018).
