This research explores the impact of influence of employee engagement of Chinese industry organizations. The questionnaire used in this study included work expenditure variables and organizational performance variables as dependent variables. The sample of the study included 250 employees from Chinese organizations.
Purpose-Academia and professionals are increasingly aware of the important contributions of employees to the organization. This article aims to study the influence of communication channels and the communication attributes of transparency and authenticity on Chinese employee engagement.
