Evaluating the service satisfaction with social robots in restaurant: an influencer on social media perspective
Interview purpose: Data collections on the influencers about their experience in the restaurant where use social robots for service
I will be on time for the online interview. I will introduce myself and thank him/her for taking the time to participate in the interview. I will review the purpose of the interview and explain the following terms:
- Participation in the interview in voluntary and the interview has the right to withdraw at any time.
- Review timeline for the interview and explain that that I will ask 6 open ended and depending on the length of the response, the interview time should not exceed 20 to 30 minutes including following up questions.
- Inform the interviewee that the interview transcripts will be emailed to them for review and confirmation of their responses to ensure that their responses were captured accurately
- Listen attentively, take notes, observe them at work,
- Thank the participants for their time and answer any additional questions that they may have about the research study.
- Provide my contract information, if they have additional questions about the study after the interview.
