For anyone of the following change management processes:

1. Zara’s (and parent company Inditex) 2025 Sustainability goals.
2. Libra in the balance: Facebook’s move into cryptocurrency.
3. Disney Plus: Disney’s move into the crowded streaming marketplace.

Answer the following three questions, all worth equal marks, utilizing appropriate theories and concepts introduced and discussed on the course and be supported by relevant readings and evidence from identified sources.

1.   Identify and justify the change type and using the change kaleidoscope and measures of change interest and power, map who you feel are/were the key change stakeholders
2.  Identify and discuss the images of change that apply to the change management process
3. Discuss the management of innovation in the change process.
