However, Pettersson has been with the firm since 2004 when it began as a family enterprise. During this period, he helped with self-inspection and quality control. He began to work full-time in the business when it grew and became the CEO of the company in 2011 when the business enterprise was incorporated (Mush, 2020). As CEO, Pettersson has been charged with overseeing the company’s growth and expansion. The company also has a production team led by Ronnie Granlund, the production manager. He has been with the company since 2011 and is also a hunter and dog owner. The production team consists of about 20 people. MUSH also has a product development team led by Roger Pettersson. The team also consists of a BARF expert, a role occupied by Riikka. The product development team works to ensure that buyers obtain the best products in the market. The company’s marketing director is Petri Tapio, a marketing professional who has been in the dog food business for more than 20 years. He has brought much needed experience and skills into the company’s marketing department. The sales team also plays an important role in driving the performance of the company.
