Organizational Behaviour has been defined as ‘the study and understanding of individual and group behavior and patterns of structure in order to help improve organizational performance and effectiveness’. (Mullins, 2008).
1. Evaluate the above statement and research five theories of management and outline how those theories have impacted on organizational behavior;
2. Compare and contrast the traditional forms of organizational structures with those being utilized by modern organizations. Is there still a role for the traditional forms?
3. Outline a process of change management that you believe is the most effective and explain why.
