Problem in Searching Suitable Job
Both the men and women faces multiple problems in finding the most suitable job for them. The women are often payed less as compared to men. Several studies have demonstrated that women works for more extra time but they are not paid for it. The women also does not often get paid leaves. It is a common perception that not all jobs are suitable for women (Cerina, et al., 2017).
Reflection
The module “Explaining Pattern of Men and Women’s Health” is a comprehensive module which have highlighted the important characteristics which influence the health of individuals based on health. Through this module I have gained insights regarding the role which is played by gender in health. The module was comprised of certain different assessments which helped me and other students to understand the impact of gender on the health status of an individual. Several different diseases occur in a manner which is different in man and in women.
Through the module I have learned that how gender is involved with the health of a person. There are some biological factors and some environmental factors which are responsible in altering the health of a person. I have developed insights regarding the notion that males encounters more life-endangering persistent illnesses at earlier ages, involving coronary heart disease, in addition to more stating “mental health problems and substance use disorders”. On the other hand, I have learned that females represent elevated rates of persistent incapacitating illnesses such for instance “arthritis, frequent or severe headaches, gallbladder conditions”, and likewise more suppressing psychological difficulties for example emotional and nervousness sicknesses.
