Research Hypothesis
Hypothesis # 1:
Ho: There is no significant relationship between effective leadership and the implementation of effective shop floor management.
H1: There is a significant relationship between effective leadership and the implementation of effective shop floor management.
Hypothesis # 2:
Ho: There is no significant impact of leadership challenges on the adoption of effective shop floor management.
H2: There is a significant impact of leadership challenges on the adoption of effective shop floor management.
Hypothesis # 3:
Ho: There is no significant relationship between shop floor management and organisational performance.
H3: There is a significant relationship between shop floor management and organisational performance.
Methodology Overview
Researcher applied mixed research method to collect primary data and analyse, mixed research method involves two methods namely, the qualitative and quantitative research methods. Both the methods were applicable to hep gather measurable and non-measurable data. Quantitative was used to collect numerical data while the qualitative was applied in collection of non-numerical data. Data collections tools that were applied are self-administered questionnaire and interview which were used to gather information from the respondent. Sampling applied for the research targeted the company workers as a respondent. Analysis applied were thematic, and descriptive and inferential statistics that both covered the interview and questionnaire data respectively.
