Search for the academic resources regarding workplace culture and organizational culture and the characteristics in Zambia from the past 10 years. The presentation should be intelligently structured and professionally organized.
The core element is a presentation where you convey an in-depth understanding of the culture of your country as it relates to management and work. How should foreigners work effectively in this country – as team members, as expatriate managers, as negotiators or as employees?
The presentation should be based on facts, which you will gather from reputable written sources, like those found in the SNS book or other items on your reading list.
You can use both scholarly journals (see the journal list later on) as well as general high-quality press (e.g., the Economist, Newsweek, Financial Times). Make sure that most of your sources are recent (published in the past 10 years).
