Sustainability Strategy
Sustainable strategy is a business strategy that integrates economic, social, and environmental aims in an organization’s objectives, planning, and activities (Purvis, Mao, & Robinson, 2018). The strategy aims at creating long-term satisfaction with the firm, stakeholders, and the entire society at large. Based on the MOST analysis, Amplifon requires a sustainable approach to ensure that they have a sustainable environment, economy, and social relation with its customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
Getting started
Amplifon Company needs to take a different action to ensure that the Company has economic, social, and environmental sustainability. The incorporation of the three bases of sustainability can be shown using figure 3 below

Economic Sustainability. The objective of Amplifon Company in attaining economic sustainability is to have a higher value of shareholders. When the Company can control a tremendous amount of its finance, it can increase its service delivery and cater to the ever-increasing customer’s needs (Purvis, Mao, & Robinson, 2018). Therefore, the above objective is a start for a sustainable economic environment both to the customers and the staff as it will open up for new employment opportunities.
