The overall main goal of this research is to study the impact of employee engagement on the organization the way to increase the characteristics of engagement is that the employer’s further research on the relationship at each company level is guaranteed. Only in this way can employers understand the relative importance of engagement drivers to job performance on a company-specific basis and implement effective engagement strategies. This research aims to find ways to increase work performance by studying employee engagement in Chinese companies.

Discussion Structure
The dissertation consists of five sections with the above introducing the study by outlining the background, objectives and hypotheses to be tested. An appraisal of academic documents on the topic is presented in the next chapter, which focused on presenting existing information and developing a theoretical background for the study. It is followed by an elaborate methodology used in the third chapter and interpretations of the results alongside their discussions in the fourth chapter. The fifth chapters presented an overall conclusion alongside the recommendation of the study and the structure is illustrated by the figure below.
