The majority of Iranian people inside Iran are inherently anti-British and anti-American. The pro-American Iranians could only be found among the Iranians who are American, British and Canadian citizens. Of course, the Iranian-Canadians to a lesser degree are pro-Americans.
For this reason, within the context of regime change in Iran, although regime change is necessary but it won’t guarantee an American-friendly new system of government and leadership. The future Iranian leadership ought to continue satisfying the anti-American sentiments of the majority of Iranians inside the country.
