The task would consist of the elaboration of a Change Plan, related to your own organisation or an example you want to analyse. It could be even personal, but you should focus on a situation you want to change, and develop the roadmap for that change.
Extension: maximum of 5.000 words.

My organization (BSSG) has a specific procurement and sourcing process which is resulting from having to react to the unexpected and continuous growth of the company.
The procurement is organized to sustain the needs under projects awarded by O&G Clients such as BP or TOTAL that can be summarized to basic services to client and steel bulk. All other items being free-issued by the clients.
Recently the company has undertaken new challenges to provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction to O&G Clients, where the procurement encompasses the full scope of supply to execute the project. Therefore, BSSG has shifted procurement from a tactical function to a strategic function. The process is still in early stages in development and has not been reorganized fully to be able to support the new requirements from both the clients and the project.
The restructuring process of the procurement department for optimization and efficiencies to support the new corporate strategy requires careful implementation in order not to compromise existing processes and ultimately slow down the process. The challenge is also to ensure continuous support to project execution while the department is being restructured.
