LO4 Review the role of the social or community worker in supporting people experiencing mental ill-health or distress
You work as an outreach worker and are the first point of contact in a community-based organisation in Ballyfermot supporting individuals with social issues including homelessness, addiction and mental health needs. Your organisation has recently been tasked with reviewing how they assess risk and treat service users taking into account current legislation and different models of treatment.
