As part of your role as Project Manager in a small Architectural Office, you are working with a client, to build a new dental surgery which will include the following accommodation contained within a single storey 3m high unit (includes internal room dimensions in metres):
The procurement and design will be “traditional tender” , with detailed design using a full design team, Architects, Structural Engineer, Mechanical and Electrical building services Engineers. The building will be a modular build, constructed using off site fabrication and delivered to site by lorry and crane. It is to be located within the car park area adjacent to an ASDA supermarket.
Following the stakeholder meeting (Assignment for Unit 5), the Client has asked to have a meeting and has asked you to provide some draft elevations and plans so that he can explore various options and also to give him an explanation as to the construction information that each member of the team will be producing.
